SOURCE: jensen vm9311 dvd indash volume is loud when i turn on car
Heres the best way to fix; Quote from manual "Programmable Turn-On Volume (Pg.12) This feature allows the user to select a turn-on colume setting regardless of the colume setting prior to turning the unit off. To program a specific volume level, push and hold the VOL/LOC/DV know (6) while the yellow volume bar is displayed on the screen. The unit will beep two times to confirm your turn-on volume setting." Ah i had the same problem. I turned to the manual and it worked for me :) Good Luck, Ern
SOURCE: I would like to change the firmware so I can play wma files on my 9510
according to the book there is no wma support on this model only mp3. video formats supported are svcd and vcd - most windows media video files and .avi files can be converted to these formats (ask if you need help with this) http://audiovox.com/manuals/owners/VM9510_manual_final.pdf I have asked a few different people for info on the firmware upgrade and expect an answer within a day or so from most - i will post anything i find when i get it. Hope this helps :)
SOURCE: CD does not eject from my VM 9410 Car DVD Player
it probably got jammed in there what you can do is unplug the power source and replug it back in a brief power push should eject the disk. make sure you have your unlock codes as the unit may think it got stolen if you undo the power. if that does not work to get it fixed around $89 bucks Thanks and please rate
