What format does the videos have to be in to play?
Finally solved this one. My Kodak Sv-811 Digital Frame would not play any videos UNTIL I decompressed them. .mov videos are compressed, usually with mpeg2 or mpeg4 or h.264 methods. In Quicktime Pro (or any video conversion able program) under video options, choose "photo-jpeg" or basically no compression. The file is 3 times as large but it will play!

won\t recognize formats listed on the packaging
I am using the Kodak Digital frame M820. The only video it will recognize is still camera video like from my Pentax Optio Z10 or from my Kodak P850. I have tried to load MPG and MPG4 and AVI from other sources but without success. I have used standalone products and Pinnnacle and MovieProducer to reformat to AVI or MPG or MPG4. Usually it does not even recognise the file. It does not matter if I load it to the frames memory or not.
My kodak sv811 digital frame cannot play mov/avi/mp4 videos, but some small digital camera videos (mov/avi).
Is it the matter of the video size or something?
Any suggestion is appreciated.
