First make sure if battery is not damaged and is fully charged, if problem persist Show some official repairer to fix for you, probably your device has a short circuit problem.Best of Luck.

yes, as a consumer, you really have the right to do so and this is the best thing to do.
by the way, have you tried turning it on with your charger? anyway, you don't need to do that, you should return it.

SOURCE: my droid gors to start up screen every 3 minutes

Try to do a firmware restore to make sure your system is 100% intact.Ifit still doesn't work, there may be an issue with your logic board.Ifyou're not covered under warranty there are Droid Repair guides that show how to open a droid.Watchout for the ribbon cables, those tear easily. Replacement parts areusually available on Ebay. There are third party services that can do itfor you Droid Repair.

SOURCE: I drop my motorola droid

It is very likely that you caused a short circuit when it got wet.
If you shorted the battery you can replace it. If you shorted the phone itself it will need to be repaired or replaced. You should contact your cellular provider for more assistance.

Good luck!

SOURCE: My droid x got wet and after a night in rice it

Let it remain in the rice bowl for a bit longer, after per say another night of "cleansing," insert the battery, which should also be in rice, back into the phone and plug it into the charger give it say 10 min, and try to turn on the phone, if this doesn't work, then either your shelling out 80 bucks after insurance for another phone, or god forbid there is no insurance, try going back to a flip phone. They are cheaper and not as liable to leave you stranded on the beaches if it should get wet again :-P

My droid 3 fell into the sink and got wet, it wasn't totally submerged it splashed into a dish that had some water in it, I put it in a bag of rice overnight and when I turned it on this a.m....

First thing is take out the battery and dry the battery with a towel or paper towel. Allow it to dry for a while and in the meantimelet you phone dry out. There is suppose to be a seal around the phones main board to keep out moisture so if it didn't get to wet it should be OK. After about 30 minutes the battery should be dry enough to put back in and then try to turn the phone on. In most cases it will work.

The droid got wet, it was not dropped into open wa...

Take everything out, the battery, memory card, etc and do NOT TURN IT BACK ON!!!!! get a big ziplock baggie, put lots of rice in it and submerge the phone in it as well as the battery. Wait 5 days. Then when that time is up, wait one more day. I mean it. This will save the phone. If you pull it out sooner, you could fry your droid. I know you don't want that to happen at all as those are way too expensive. Guard your baby with your life; do NOT turn it on until at LEAST 5 days have passed. Do you really need to see that email/txt so badly that you'll risk frying your phone? ;)

wait the 5 days and one more if you can. The rice trick works amazingly.
