Hi, your pump is either bound up with something in the chamber, or there is
something in your discharge hose blocking the water from escaping.
Look
on the back of the washer, and unscrew the circular port in the bottom
right corner. (Keep an 8x13 baking pan underneath, water will escape
once you open the chamber). Check if there is anything in the chamber
that is binding the impeller. If not, remove the metal back and check
that all three of the hose connections to your pump are open and have no
debris/ change, etc. If there is nothing binding your pump in any of
those locations, your pump motor may be failing. I would suggest calling
someone out to assist you.
