I've only had it for a couple of years now and LOVED it. It was such a great TV. The picture was crisp and the sound was clear. If the TV works and you are only not able to see the picture, show a torch light on the screen from a safe distance. If you can see the picture, the backlight of the TV is not getting on and it is a simple problem any good TV technician can fix. Yes, dear. The torch light is same as a flashlight. We call that way in our country, India.
