The disc was left in the console for an hour,when switched back on it nothing shows on the tv and the disc wont eject.also the power button will not switch it off unless unplugged at the mains.

Once you get to – 'Remove 4 DVD drive screws' Dont do that, just take the 5 screw off the top of the Drive, and the drive will split into 2 and you can easily remove your disc. Reassemble and contact Nintendo for Warranty service.

Game is still stuck in console. Power will not come back on. Have tried on other tv sets, problem doesn't change. Please help.
