actually that one blink says a user fault, says to release joystick and put it innuetral and try again,can only tell you what manual for invacare says,me id have a dealer tech look at it, check voltage of batterys,first please

• That blinking green light means the rechargeable batteries are no longer holding a charge which is also why the unit shuts down when the power feed is removed. You just need a new set or rechargeable batteries is all. 4 AA (or LR6 depending where you are)

• Please note that when the charger rapidly blinks green, in addition to the batteries that are failing, they can overheat and leak. Please, cease to use those batteries and take them to a recycle place before they begin to leak from trying to charge when they are not safe to charge anymore.

According to my 1170 manual the flashing lights are error codes. 1 red = low batt., 2 red = left motor disconnected, 3 red = Left motor wiring fault, 4 yellow = Right motor disconnected, 5 yellow = right motor wiring fault, 6 yellow = Inhibit active, 7 yellow =possible joystick fault, 8 green = possible controller fault, 9 green = Solenoid brake fault, 10 green = high batt. voltage

I just had this same problem with my brand new Latissima premium and I fixed it by adjusting the water hardness setting. The yellow water warning light being constantly on means the machine thinks the water is too hard and the machine needs descaling. In my case, the machine just needed to learn how hard my water actually is. In the manuals that came with the machine you should have been given a ph testing strip and there are instructions in the user guide about how to adjust the water hardness settings. As soon as I did that, the yellow hard warning light immediately went off. In my case the water setting needed to be adjusted to the 7-14 ph setting. I'm attaching pics of the water hardness setting instructions from the manual.

1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal
