Try Larryclare1's solution for a Kenmore and see if it helps. Worked wonders for both my turbo brush attachments. http://www.fixya.com/support/t1095798-kenmore_model_116_powermate_jr_stopped
SOURCE: The brush is clean and spinning but it isnt
You mentioned pet hair. Remove the brush cover and check for a plug (possibly pet hair). Sounds as though you have a plug somewhere and it's not allow the suction to pull it through. Also check your filter and clean or replace as necessary. Hint; Never let you container get over half full, it reduces the suction.

How many have I fixed?!!! The Shark people should have made the fix by now, but you can do it yoursel. Take the turbine shaft out of the attachment. Take a punch to push the shaft out of the gear (easy to do). Now take the brass fitting out of Plastic wheel (set next to gear). This will allow enough clearance to stop the hair/fibers from plugging the wheel and stopping it. This has been reported to Shark, but they have ignored me. Once I've made the fix, I've never had it stop again. REMINDER: Even with fix, you still have to make simple cleaning inside the clear housing to clear buildup and clear hair/fiber from brushes. I'm not a genious, just own a Bissel Lift Away, and this is how they designed theirs.
Thanks! I fixed mine!
How do you take the brush out?? There's no clogs in mine I keep it pretty cleanbut it just stopped, barsly sucks too. When I shut it the wheel is so tight.
