This is an error code indicating failure of some board and might need attention by a qualified service technician. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours.

The 12 blinking lights indicate that the sound sos h board is faulty. But you should check first the power supply. Unplug the tv first then wait for a minute to drain the electric charge in the capacitors before you remove the back cover of your tv. Then try to observed the main power supply board if there is bulged up in the top of the capacitor try to compare the capacitors, the normal capacitor is that the top is flat, or if you see a wet mark or like an oil spill in the bottom of the capacitor try to replace it, because if capacitor is defective it cannot filter the dc and transfer dc voltage output properly to other parts. But when replacing capacitor you should observed the polarity of the capacitor.
