I believe it's Tide, I could be wrong, but one of the major brands has
a detergent that helps to keep colors from fading. Also, don't wash them in hot water. The new detergents work just as well in cold
water as they do in hot. If you can line dry them, during the day when they can get a breeze, without being in the sun, that might
help keep your colors from bleaching out. If the sheets are from
your sons bed, you might think about getting some of those pads
like the hospital uses. You know the blue ones that they always
put under you on the bed. They make some that are pretty big.
I would check at a Walgreens or CVS. They should carry them.

Miele novotronic W1611 When I have towels or sheets with other items, the spinning drum shakes considerably, but the machine itself doesnt move. It makes areal racket!

The problem could be that the load is to small & it is not distributing correct in the bowl. Try increasing the load by adding more towels or Sheets. The other problem to check is maybe the sheets & or towels are just too long to distribute properly, again this can result in shaking. Try washing the towels & or the sheet separately.

Sheets I bought are not the size on the package

Someone probably switched them in the store. I now a local store had to post signs telling people to not open sets because people kept mixing queen sheets in a twin bag to get an illicit discount. Take them back and explain to customer service what happened. Likely not the first time.h

How can I get my Avery 8876 business card sheets to feed through my printer?

Avery is a fairly good name in the business.Brother on the other hand seems to have ignored the reasons why folks don't buy brothers. It's these little annoying things that bigger company's have spent time and energy on. For one there's usually a lever you push to control how much pressure the two fusing rollers push; hot rollers, for years this perplexed the big guys because there all ready is a pretty small tolerance of melting the toner and not burning the paper; melting the toner(powered plastic) next was the ever annoying OHP overhead projector sheets. this is plastic toner on plastic"paper" nightmare! melt the toner but not the plastic its on.... Well enough of engineering issues, time and perseverance paid off. now comes a sticky label on a waxxy surface that is twice as thick as paper and yet has toner to be fixed on it and dried....Some company's like cannon tried a cold roller that seemed to work at first but when things went bad they really went bad.labels coming off all in the wrong places... Toshiba and Savin Ricoh decided to get with Avery and others and make one side harder to come off than the other; reduce the squeeze pressure and increase the opposite "static cling" voltage. Also the angle it hit the feed section// Bypass feed only/Lt-R. Following the printed directions in the individual label sheet seemed to reduce the issue to a minimum. Understanding all the changes the poor piece has to go go through in an 8second processes is half the battle. hope this helps a smidge~~~SC

Samsung dryer tearing clothes

if the wearing strips that support the drum are worn it will cause the front of the drum to sag leaving a gap between the seal and the drum where the bulkier items will get trapped and tear. If the strips are worn away then you will get metal to metal contact between the lip of the drum and the body of the drier which will wear the lip of the drum to a knife edge that will shred your laundry items. A good DIY'er should be able to replace the wearing strips for you. Hope this helps explain the problem.

Samsung dryer tearing clothes

I would check to make sure there were not any sharp edges around the opening of the door, or on the door itself. If not then check the whole drum. I would guess there is something the fabric is catching on somewhere, causing it to tear before it eventually comes loose.

In which function shall i wash blankets and bed sheets

Hi 'tigist wondi' from retired Englishman in SW France,

Couple of suggestions- first I think that you need a manual for now and later-

Manual

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
Then-
Blankets and bed sheets

Wash separately!
Also I would expect them each to have a washing advice 'tag' to show you at what temperature and for how long. Blankets will be a cooler, shorter wash than sheets and sheets will depend upon whether they are coloured or white but mostly much hotter and dependant on how often they are changed.

If these have assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Is Canon PIXMA IP1800 can handle T-Shirt Transfer Paper? if it can, what kind of transfer paper that will be good for IP1800?

There are several brands of T-Shirt transfer paper out there, and all are designed to work with InkJet printers just like yours. Personally I've used the Avery brand sheets, and they are widely available at local stores like WalMart, Staples, OfficeMax, etc.

I've also provided a link to the sheets available for online purchase from Amazon.com -
