My E63 device is not accepting default Lock code 12345 after I updated the latest software on nokia.com . I have tried nearly 30 different combinations but its not accepting ant lock codes as a result i am unable to use my phone as this lock code prompt comes immediately when i switch on the e63 handset. my EMIE no 359319024116171

You can format your Nokia E63 device by typing: * + 3 + call + Power on. Before the device is reset, you need to provide the lock code. The default lock code is 12345.

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Switch off the Nokia E63 Cell Phone. Remove the battery for 30 minutes. Reinsert the battery and switch on the Nokia E63 Cell Phone. Enter the default code 12345 or 00000.Your Nokia E63 Cell Phone will be unlocked.

Also provide the IMEI no, so that we can provide the unlocking code.

what is your lock code?yes the default lock code are 12345 but if you change this default number now you cant fix it ..just remembering what the lock code you did and if not go the nearest celphone technician so they can format them in their pc..
