A: Hi Tim, Any of our Heath Zenith or Hampton Bay branded buttons will work with that model. You will need to put it in backwards compatible mode. Please contact our technical service team and we'd be happy to help.

Open up the back of your bell and the back of your button. There should be switches you can move. Just move them the same on the button and the bell. This will make it so yours doesn't ring when theirs does.
need more info. Doorbells do not need 2 xfrms. The red off 24 volt xfmr foes to door switch and returns on white. If you have 2 door switch one switch to front door label on doorbell and the 2nd goes to back door label. What is the brand and model number/ I'll try and walk you thru it.
