Just taken delivery of new T9 treadmill the motor is not working

open up the control console and look for loose wires... if no loose wires are found, call CoreCentric Solutions and ask if they refurbish that control board... CoreCentric Solutions Reverse Logistics Core Collection and Recovery...

1) Try to exchange batteries new ones.2) see the diagram adn adjust by 1/8" or 3mms according. 3) tight the key panel flexible cable vs display board 4) then connector display board vs lower board.5) test the main motor controller bOARDEC for 5+vdc, to display board.See the block diagram how the main motor controller has 90% aprox for control functions of any treadmills.sincerely. It sound like either the wire harness that goes to upper console is bad or the Motor Control Board that has the 5v or 12v is missing. Here is the bad news New Balance is out of the Treadmill business and do not carry these items anymore. Their might be one other thing you might try is that if this unit was not maintain as owner's manual suggests, then the fuse may have open up. You must open the motor shroud locate motor control board find the fuse, if you have a multi meter check continuity of the fuse if open replace it with the same value ( maybe 15amps). Plug unit in if the display returns then proceed to do the prescribe maintenance in owner's hopefully that the belt and deck was not damaged when it went dead.

the console display is bad and needs replaced

It sound like the motor control board is the culprit. Unplug unit then remove shroud then find the 2 leads that connects the motor to the motor control board disconnect them then plug in unit and see if the display blackout after programing the display then hitting start.

open motor shroud and inspect all connection on the motor control board see if all LED 's are lit except that light up when incline motor is moving up or down. then check the two connector coming from the drive motor to the board sometime over time the two connector will have a cold soldier I would move them to see any excessive movements of the pins then hit start and see if there is any belt movement. Last but not least unplug unit and check the motor brushes if they are less than 3/8 in in length replace them. Call them @ 1-800-335-4348 they under their parent corp. Johnson fitness.

Ive just had lifefitness out to diagnose the same problem, its the Console PCB £413.74 all in from them to fit yourself Cant do anything else, save yourself the callout I was charged Good luck Adrian Webb 07780 993877

Make surt that there is nothing under the treadmill that could get caught in the mechanism.

When I turn my Syber shot 6.0 mega pixels on it shows only a white or dark display. The fotos taken are the same. It seems that something is not opening the lens. What is the problem and how can I fix it?
