Avanti W789SA Water valve problem

It may not be draining very well.

I have a front load washer and run a cycle of a few cups of bleach through mine every couple months.

I also add vinegar to most washes but that's due to my teenage son's athletic wear.

Both those things do the trick.

You shoudl probably check the mechanics as well but the above is a stop gap.

is there any issues with the water filling? does it overfill, does the water not turn off and it begins to wash even while water is still pouring in? or fill very slowly like the water just trickles in? because im pretty sure not 100% with your model ive got no info on it but most F+P stuff has the same fault codes, but an error 49 is an issue with either the cold or hot water valve or both you may be lucky and its a dodgy wire come loose but if not and if you know how get a multimeter and measure the resistance of both valves if they check out all good you will need to replace the motor control module

Possible leak in the ddrain hose, the drain pump/valve.
It will be ideal to have a first observation with a good light below the unit to confirm.

its the drainage problem .so either the drainer is getting blocked or the drainer is cracked and got faulty so needs to be replaced.

This often is a drain hose that is too low or a drain hose that has been pushed too far down inside the stand pipe....the water is actually siphoning out of the washer. Do not "seal" the drain hose to the house plumbing pipe, this will also allow the water to be siphoned out.

Yes ,simply replace the water valve (hot&cold)and your problem is gone.

thats a sure sign of a bad water valve contact avanti there a good company they may send you a new one

Had the same problem. The water pump is not working and since it cant drain water it wont spin. A easy fix. There's a magnet located on the water pump thats comes lose. Simply tie it back into place.
