'I have Bosch Dishwasher Mod#SHE6AF02UC/06 and have same problem, Can you pls tell me where is the 'Microswitches stick' located at?
thanks
I have tried draining the sump, on the classixx there is a float in the bottom casing, if water leaks into this casing it automatically operates a micrswitch turning on the drain pump. After draing the sump the machine still would not fill. I had removed the stop and sides to gain access to drain the base. I was about to give up when I remembered! Microswitches stick atleast they did in the 80's when I used them a lot. So I tapped the switch gently with a screwdriver and the machine now works again!!!
Dishwasher has a bad water valve
Thanks so much for taking time to answer! Am ordering Bosch water valve assembly.
For any following this problem, I have to order part and have installed. I will let everyone know what happens when complete.
We pulled the water valve and tested the solenoid in it to see if it was faulty. It needs to operate at 40 ohms to be good. Ours did not.
Advice...go to Bosch directly for your part. They are helpful, parts are in line price-wise with other sources. I went to a source other than Bosch, thinking the price was better, and was given the wrong part number. Am returning it. Got the new part from Bosch, and am waiting for repairman to come and put it in. Hopefully this solves my problem.
Was not the water intake valve.
Actually it did turn out to be the water intake valve, but the reason the new one did not work at first was because there was a stubborn airlock. The dishwasher is fixed now.
Glad I cold help. I was going to really surprised if it wasn't the intake valve that is a classic issue with those.
Thank you so much!
Just had a similar problem!
I'm not sure what you're asking what is your dishwasher doing? Are you asking if the microswitch sticking because that can happen which results in your dishwasher being frozen in one cycle. And I'm sure that the "F" in your model number should be a "P"

THANKS so much for offering this suggestion....but my Aug 29th comment shows what the problem turned out to be = there was an airlock to the NEW water intake valve (that ad been faulty). When that was resolved, the dishwasher was fixed.
