My xperia U's screen is blank abd when I turn it on like I normally do it just lights up a navy colour. The light at the bottom still works and the everything.

I've had my phone 2 days, and its been working great. I suddenly come back to it, turn the power button on to light the screen up, and it turn on. The bottom light lights up like normal and so does the charging button. What should I do? Also when I clicked the button it lit up in a black/navy colour.

SOURCE: s710a problems

I am having the same problem - it won't hold a charge. Red light shows it is charging, but nothing. It may be the battery. I just called S.E. and they said it may be the battery. I ended up getting a new phone since batteries cost almost as much as a new phone.

Laptop screen has gone blank

I assume that your laptop's display has been damaged. Are you sure that other things are working normally? If other components are working, then problem will be with the display unit. Try to repair or replace with new one.

Try to turn it on with the battery removed, as a failed battery could be the root cause of this issue. If this turned out to be the case, then consider replacing the battery with a new one.
