If you are able to do the repair yourself, then remove a lamp from the preheater assembly and look at the voltage and wattage on the bulb itself...on some there is also a lamp part number.

you can also order a repair kit from e-bay. The same lamps are used in the Phasers 840, 850, 860 & 8200

Here are 2 links that have what you need (if the internal voltages for the printer are the same in europe as in usa):

Error Code: 15.004.45:113654

That code means the drum heaters are not working.
The good news is, yes you can fix it yourself.
The drum heaters are 2, 150 watt halogen lamps. One or both of them have blown out. If you want drop me an E-mail at [email protected]
I will send you instructions how to replace them.
It would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours if you have never done it before. Lowes, Home Depot or any place that sells halogen lamps would have them.
I however, do highly recommend, if you can find them. Sylvania halogen lamps rated for 130 volts and have vibration protection. They cost slightly more, but well worth it. Besides even if you get those, you have less than $15 in the repair.
Let me know, I will send you the info. That's all your problem is.

PHASER 8200N ERROR CODE 15,004.45:7829

There are 2,,,, 150 watt halogen lamps in that machine that heat the drum. One or both have blown. How to be sure is, turn the lights off in the room of office the machine is in, turn the machine on, and look into the right side fan slots. After a minute or 2 you should see a glow inside the machine. ( You won't) those lamps are bad. Xerox will want to sell you a new drum heater for over $200,You can go anywhere that sells halogen lamps. Lowes, Home Depot or just about any place that carries lamps will have them. They are less than $15. I recommend , if you can find , the Sylvania lamps that are rated for 130 volts and are vibration protected.
If you want to try and replace them. let me know I will send you written instructions. Should take an hour or so to replace.

Xerox Phaser 8200 error code 15004.45:25393

Yep. The drum heaters are burnt out.
There are 2,,, 150 watt Halogen lamps that heat the drum.
The way to see if they are working or not is to turn off the lights in the office or room the printer is in. Turn the machine on and look through the fan slots on the right side of the machine. GIve it a minute or two and you should see lamps glowing inside, ( I seriously doubt you will see them comming on).
That is a very common problem, You can purchase those lamps at Lowes, Home Depot or anywhere you can purchase halogen lamps. They cost about 12 dollars for a good pair.
Replace both .. If you want to try and do it yourself. Let me know I will send you directions.

HELP! What does this mean?

The drum is not warming up.
Most likely, about a 95 percent chance is the halogen lamps
used to heat the lamp are not comming on. Most likely one has just failed.
They are a bit time consuming to replace, and you have to take a few items off of the printer to access and replace them.
They are standard, in the U.S, 120 volt , 150 watt halogen lamps.
What you want to do is, turn the printer off first, then turn the lights off in the room. Turn the printer back on, and look through the sloted fan opening on the right side of the printer. See if you see an incadescent type glow in the machine. Give it a minute or two to come on. I suspect you will not see anything because of a failed lamp.
But that is most likely the issue.

Error Code

The normal cause for that is the drum heaters are not comming on.
The easiest way to check for that is to turn the machine on, preferably with the lights off in the office. When you turn the machine on, leave it on for a couple of minutes and look into the openeng where the fan is. You should see the lamps glowing in that opening.
If you don't. Those lamps need replaced. They are simple 120 volt 150 watt halogen lamps you can buy at Lowes or any store that sells halogen lamps.
They are bit time consuming to replace, but if your pretty decent in doing mechanical things, let me know I will write up the procedure for you. Just takes more patience then know how.
