LXIH 30 Won't fill upon start up

My LXIH 30 will not fill on initial start up. Pump down finishes then solenoid fires for a fraction of a second then shuts and sump element comes on as if sump is full. Unit has been working fine for many months. Cleaned probes, swapped out relay board and control boards with some from another working unit, no help. Machine cycles fine if you initiate then after pump down fill with hose. cycles fine until shut down, then wont refill upon start up

SOURCE: Commercial Hobart dishwasher

I can't imagine a bad relay board would blow a fuse. The relay board would need to make a bad connection to ground to blow a fuse -- I don't see it.

If you could supply me with the ML#, I'll take a look at the wiring diagram and give you an educated answer.

Not that I recall clearly which fuse is for the drain solenoid, but the two sound related. If a drain valve is obstructed by debris, it will heat up the coil and short it out. I don't know the spec'd ohms, but I would suspect at least 50. I'd check it.

How to fix e10 problem on a ewf1087 washing machine

Family error code E10 is visible to customers and (could be E11 and E13 only visible in service mode) means problem with filling water.
I suggest rapid reading alarm code when appliance is in normal operating mode (e.g. during the execution of the washing programme).
Press and hold down START/PAUSE and the nearest option buttons for at least two seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence corresponding to the last alarm.
The alarm sequence continues as long as the two buttons are held down.

control panel ewf 1087-ltitgxxnutby230vusxroiah-3-0.jpg Before anything first check filter on solenoid valve and filter on inlet hose. Also, check is there any water inside drum, means that last drain phase is finished and pressure switch is in empty position.

E11 - Tap closed or water pressure insufficient; Drain hose
incorrectly positioned; Water fill solenoid faulty; Leaks from
pressure switch hydraulic circuit; Pressure switch faulty;
Wiring faulty; Circuit board faulty¸.

E13 - Drain hose incorrectly positioned; Water pressure
insufficient; Water fill solenoid faulty; Leaks or blockage in
pressure switch hydraulic circuit; Pressure switch faulty;
Circuit board faulty.

I changed the hydraulic gear pump on my bobcat and had an AHC code light up. Before finishing my repair I started the machine and checked for hydraulic fluid leaks by letting it idle for a few minutes

Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes. On cars , this resets the computers. Back to factory specs. Worth a shot. If the sensor worked before, most likely it is good.

I have an atv that won't start.

Could be your starter, solenoid, or even a fuel pump/clogged lines or filters

Bosch dishwasher SHE46C06UC won't fill with water

Check water inlet. Check for kinks in hose. Check the inline strainer in the fill solenoid. You say it makes an attempt to fill, is this because you can hear water trickling? If so I would suggest get to g the fill solenoid replaced as it may be blocked or not opening fully

1996 Chevy k2500 5.7L gas. Turns over but no start. No guages or fuel pump initiation at key on. Quit on me the other day- shut it off then fired back up 5-10 minutes later. Drove it the next day-...

So you are saying your engine does not crank? Battery connections, at the posts and check the ground connection to the frame and/or engine. Use an OHM meter to check for breaks on wires or for bad connections (all readings should be close to zero). If that all checks out, it has to be at the starter solenoid-check there for all connections, and if they check out, I'd check for bad relays or fuses in the power distribution box under the hood, and/or replace the starter solenoid.

Have replaced the starter solenoid, spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air filter, water pump and battery all within the last two months. When the truck gets hot it will not crank. Has electrical power,...

If you haven't already done so, replace the distributor cap and rotor. There is most likely corrosion inside the cap that is causing a crossfire condition.

This is a common problem on that engine.

Don't know why being hot would aggravate it, but start with the cap.

Engine stalls at 30mph upon hitting accellerator, then coasts to a stop. then won't restart. starter works, engine turns over, but won't fire up. next morning car starts fine. next week...

you may have to check the fuel pump function for pressure and volume when this happens as it could be a bad pump,you could have it checked when working as it could show up something but more likely should be done when it stops running.
