How often can I add pond clarifier to the water

What size is your pond Length X Width X Depth. What temperature is your pond at? Is the pond located inside or outside? How big are the Koi? and how many are there?

A Uv-clarifier is simply placed after your filter on your return line.

I have used a smaller version for years in the rain with no issues.

The purpose of the heater is maintain an open water space on the surface for gases to exchange into the water. Whatever was in place to keep this unit afloat must be replaced (ie Styrofoam). Or, if the the unit has an air chamber to keep it afloat perhaps the element burned through it and it's filling with water.....try to plug it with some epoxy glue.

you should wait a week to make sure that everything is stable in pond and add your fish, avoid too many fish and overfeeding them. enjoy your fish pond, i love them.

check bearings may need to be lubed then check motor amp draw if within specs then test cap if weak or not holding charge replace

The circuit breaker trips because there is an electrical short in the pump itself or in the wire feeding the pump. A cause of this could be a bare wire, or a crack in a wire. Remove the pump and put it in a five gallon pail of water and test it. If it still trips the breaker you will know the problem is in the pump or the cord to the pump.
