Dear sir,
My sidekick ii seems to have a problem that been REALLY bothering me for sometime. It seems that when I am talking on the phone the person on the other line cannot hear me when I'm talking nor i can hear them. i have tried dialing many numbers on my phonebook yet nothing is heard on either lines. I have tried taking it apart and cleaning it to see if it was a dust problem however, that was not the case. The calls DOES get received by the other caller but nothing is heard.
I like my sidekick ii very much and i cannot bring myself to by a newer version. It would be very kind of you to look into my problem. Thanks for your time and i would be waiting for your reply on my email at

the sounds that comes from the sk2 is the speaker on the back not the earpiece. You need to replace your earpiece. Its called a D-Pad for the sk2. You can get one off ebay if your lucky and replace it yourself. its real simple.

ok you need to hit your bubble button and your favs will show up for good. it is the lower right button on your skid.

ma sidekick3 has a problem i tink is da battery becuase wen i charge it ova da nite n use it during da day it lasts like 1 or 2hrs n turns oof......zo0 if u noe wasz wrong tell me how 2 fix it????
