Your oven uses a motor lock latch #316028101 around 100 dollars the motor or the linkages to the motor are most likely bad . the control board could be supplying the voltage to the motor is which case the board would be bad if the are no sensors telling it to lock the door If you are not pretty handy with a schematic and a meter I would suggest you call someone. F3 can be a thermal fuse or maybe the wrong resistance on the over sensor

Brandt FP464 Oven Door Locked

On most of these ovens, you can either unplug the unit or flip the breaker from the main and keep it off for ten minutes, then either plugs it back in or turn it back on, and then hit and hold the start/cancel button on the control board for twenty seconds. Yu should hear a beep and then you should see the display light up and ask for you to set the time. If it does this, then the reset has worked. If so, put the oven into a self clean cycle and hit start, listen for the machine to come on, and about a minute later cancel the cycle and see if the door unlocks. If that doesn't work, you may have a bad door lock assembly and you will be forced to manually unlock the door.

To manually unlock the door, stick a screwdriver or heavy wire coat hanger in between the door oven and the door lock and see if you can disengage the door lock. If you manage to get the door open, leave the door open and put the oven into another self clean cycle. If after hitting the start button to activate the self clean cycle, you notice the door lock either not moving or getting stuck closed again you will need a new door lock assembly. If after hitting the start button, the door lock seems to be working fine, the door lock had probably shorted out during the cleaning cycle and looks to be okay now.

Oven door on lock

is the light oven on??? can you see the switch/button that the door would hit against to turn light off?? if so depress button so the lifht goes off, and start a clean cycle. This should make the lock mechanism engage fully. then cancel cycle and should fully disengage lock/latch (you need to depress light switch to trick unit into thinkin the door is closed)

Can't disengage oven door lock

Lock disengaged on its own after a day. Oven is now clean, everything working properly.

Door locks and F9 fault codes

The F9 code indicates there is a problem with the door lock.

Try disconnecting the power to the range for 10 seconds and reconnecting. Open the oven door and hold the door switch plunger in while you try these things. Put the control into clean for 5 minutes then cancel clean. You must hold the door switch plunger in for the 5 minutes.

Try canceling the clean cycle without putting the control into clean.

Our GE Profile JTP18 keeps flashing "door lock" since we ran a self clean

most of the time a simple fix.... http://www.geappliances.com/search/fast/infobase/10004586.htm
you have to trick the door lock mech into cycling through the cleaning process (takes about 20 seconds)
Print Range - “LOCKED DOOR” flashes in the display

If “LOCKED DOOR” is flashing in the display of your range or oven, and the self-clean cycle has not been selected, follow the steps below to reset your control:

Motorized Switch
    1. With the door open, locate the door jamb switch on the face of the oven. It will look like a small black post or dowel.
    2. Push it in until the oven cavity light goes off, indicating that the oven believes the door is closed.
    3. While you hold the door jamb switch in this position, complete the following steps.
    4. Press the Clean pad, wait 10 seconds.
    5. When the cycle initiates, press the clear/off or cancel pad immediately to cancel it.
    6. Wait 10 seconds for the display to clear.
    7. The door should unlock and there should not be a need for service.
Manual Switch
    1. Press the Clean pad.
    2. Close the door.
    3. Slide the latch to lock the door.
    4. Hit the cancel button immediately.
    5. Unlock the door.
If the above does not correct the situation, a service technician will need to check your cooking product. To obtain in or out of warranty repair on Major Appliances, you may call 1-800-GE-CARES (800-432-2737) or schedule service online.
