I haven't the slightest Idea what you're asking for (initailing??) I assume you mean the disk cannot initialize? or cannot load? or cannot boot to windows?
What kind of printer? USB printer? Disconnect the usb cable to your printer If it is a USB connected printer. Uninstall all printers. Shut off computer, connect usb cable to printer. Restart computer, it should prompt you that it found a new device and wants to install drivers for it. If that doesn't work you could go into printers under control panel and add a printer. If have had more luck with the restart and finding it on its own. I hope this may help you.
