Instructions Select the "Camera Assistant Software" program located under
the "Program Files" folder accessed by opening your computer
"Start" menu. View the configuration options available for your built in webcam and
microphone. In order to use the webcam you will need to use a video chat
service such as Yahoo Instant Messenger, AOL IM, or Google Video Chat. Open your Instant Messaging (IM) program by double clicking the program
icon on your computer desktop. If you do not have an instant messaging service,
you can sign up for a service from Yahoo, AOL, or Google through the URLs
included in the resource section of this article. For Yahoo and AOL, you can
download and install IM software to use with your laptop webcam on your
computer. Sign in to your IM service. Then, select the "My Webcam" icon
on the application menu to enable video chat in the service. When the webcam is
enabled, others will be able to see and here you when conducting a video chat
session on your Toshiba laptop.

The camera can only be used when it is turned on. Press Fn + Esc to turn on or off the camera.

Press the blue "Fn" button on the lower left hand side. Then as your holding that button down...press "F6". There should be a small webcam icon on this button. This worked for me so I hope this helped!

I would recommend re-installing the web camera driver. If the camera is integrated into the computer, the driver should be available on Toshiba's Website Toshiba has several variants to the L675, and the necessary drivers may very from model to model and operating system, so I cannot send you a specific link to the download page. If your camera is not integrated, I would try going to the company website of the manufacture, and browsing their support page for help.
