Where do I post my Activation Code Number?

Where Do I Post My Activaction Code Number? I received a card from PCH saying I must contact you in a timely manner in order to be eligible to collect funds that are available to 50 winners. My instruction was to enter my activation code number that was assigned to me in your GWY. #2707. However, upon reaching your given website, www.pch.com/actnow, I cannot find an official place to enter my code number. Please advise. you fill out the info on the first screen and then go to the next page, which asks for the PC252 code.
