My Grundig tv turns itself off

Hi my grundig tv turns itself off and i don't know why? the sensor light seems to flash before it goes off, sometimes it comes back on by itself and sometimes i have to tap the sensor slightly for it to come back on

my warranty has ran out now unfortunately how much did it cost for the part can you remember. when my tv is on the picture and sound is perfect couldn't ask for any better really

Its Probably overheated.

happened to me before then i took to fixers and they changed some part and now its fine or if u have a warrenty call the manafactuarer

In general, all televisions can be repaired if boards are available. but depending on age, a failure like this is often a good chance to upgrade to more modern alternatives for both picture quality and features. Having said that, your Grundig is a full HD set and worthy of repair.

Take out the battery an hour,put in back in,have the same problems.The remote is dead.Try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote.Yes,u can use the manual control buttons on right side of the tv,but a little hard.
