A 2 Blink error code is a 15V SOS. Either your D board ( logic pcb ) is bad, or you aren't getting your 15V from the power supply. Check the 15V line from the porwer supply to the logic board. if the 15V are there then you need to replace the D board. If they are not, then your power supply is at fault.

SET UP
TV
The Search Method
If your device does not respond to the TOTAL CONTROL after you have tried all
the codes listed for your brand, try searching for your code. The Search Method
allows you to find the code for your device by scanning through all the codes
contained in the memory of the TOTAL CONTROL.
To search for your TV code:
1 Switch your television on (not on standby) and aim your TOTAL CONTROL at your TV.
2 Press the TV key on your TOTAL CONTROL.
3 Press and hold down SET UP until the red light blinks twice. (The red light will blink once and then twice)
4 Press 9 9 1. The red light will blink twice .
5 Now slowly, alternate between POWER and TV, over and over, until your television turns off. You may have to press these keys many times (up to 150!), so please be patient.Remember to keep pointing the TOTAL CONTROL at your television when you press these keys.
6 As soon as your television turns off, press SET UP.
The TOTAL CONTROL remote should now be ready to operate your device. Turn your device back on and try all the remote’s functions to ensure they are
working
properly. If some of the TOTAL CONTROL’s commands are not operating correctly, try the search method again. You may be using the wrong
code.
Once you have Set-Up your TOTAL CONTROL, you can blink back your SET-UP CODE for future reference.
Example: To blink out your Television code:
1 Press TV once.
2 Press and hold SET UP until the red light blinks twice (The red light will blink once and then twice).
3 Press 9 9 0. The red light will blink twice.
4 For the first digit of your four-digit code, press 1 and count all the red blinks. If there are no blinks, the digit is "0".
5 For the second digit, press 2 and count all the red blinks. If there are no blinks, the digit is "0".
6 For the third digit, press 3 and count all the red blinks.
If there are no blinks, the digit is "0".
7 For the fourth digit, press 4 and count all the red blinks. If there are no blinks, the digit is "0". Now you have your four-digit code.Make sure you write your Television code for easy future reference.
YOU MUST BRING THIS TV TO A REPAIR CENTER EXPECT AT LEASE 450,00 AND MAYBE MUCH MORE THERE MAIN PROBLEME IS SC BOARD AND OFTEN SD SU AND WORSE PANEL !!
1. Reseating the connector P25 may solve the problem. If it does not. 2. Unplug the unit andd disconnect the connectors A5, A6, and A7. Apply power to the TV. If a White screen comes up and all voltages check normal, replace the P board. 3. If the TV stays on after isolating the SC board, then replace the SC board and the D board; it is likely that the fuse on the D board is blown.
red light flashes 4 times then stays on for about 5 seconds then flashes 4 times again any idea what this means and how i can fix it tv is about 4 years old and only just started doing this
I have the same model and have the same problem. I have an Onkyo receiver that connections to the TV via HDMI cables. If I turn the TV power on first and then the receiver I don't get the blinks.
