I'm happy to say burnt milk can be removed with a combination of cerama bryte and let sit for one hour and then lots o elbow grease hard rubbling with also applying Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works very well but you have to still rub alot to get it safely scratch-free removed.

How do you change the blade for the cerama bryte scraper

It looks like you can just use any single sided razor blade as a replacement. There is a tab on the end where the hole is right beside where mine says made in the USA. If you push that tab up then you will be able to slide it in the open direction and it will come apart as two pieces.

What's the best way to clean the Zanussi stovetop? I can't clean the glass stovetop well enough. i don't want to use a scouring pad as i'm afraid i will scratch it but there is burnt coffee, milch, etc...

There is a product called cerama bright (Not sure of the spelling). Specifically formulated for exactly this type of cleaning. Availible through just about anywhere (Home Depot, Lowes, Wallmart, etc) Good luck!

MY DAUGHTER PLACED A PLASTIC PLATE ON A HOT BURNER ON MY ELECTRIC COOKTOP HOW DO I GET IT OFF

Go to Home Depot and buy a bottle of Cerama-Brite and a razor scraper.

Soak the spots with the cerama-brite, but the burner on it's lowest setting and scrape the plastic off.

Finish up with windex.

How to remove burnt grease, fix lightly scratched black stovetop?

Hi, I assume we are talking about a flat glass top. First the bad news. using any abrasives will permanently scratch the glass hence the dull spot. You can however make it look a little better. Grease spots and the like can be removed with a flat razor blade scraper which needs to be held flat to avoid the corners making scratches. Use any good glass/ceramic cooktop cleaner ( which is the ONLY cleaner you should ever use ) (available in your local grocery diy store and some hardware stores). The cleaner is a thick liquid, put about a dime size drop on each burner area and use a paper towel to buff out the finish like waxing a car. Once it looks clean flip your paper towel over and shine the top to like new. Good Luck!
