If you call customer service they will be happy to send you a new booklet. Or you can contact a service company that does warranty work on fisher and paykel and they can print you a copy
I have the fix for this: if you are using an older unregistered copy of WINDOWS, then your problem is that you need to have a newer copy of WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER operating on your system. If you have recently reformatted and lost your newer version of WM Player , then you have lost the drivers necessary to read your SANDISK player and your OS will not show the older MP3 files on your mp3 player in Windows Explorer . You need to download and install a newer version of WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER because it is the part of your operating system that contains the newer drivers that your SANDISK requires. if you are using linux , you will need to find the drivers elsewhere online.
