Our printer seems to keep shutting down on us. It's on and the I can hear the fan blowing. However, the screen only shows the Xerox logo on it and won't let us do anything else. I'm not seeing any printout pages saying there is an error. Thanks so much for your help in advance.

there is a stainless steel print head block on the lower back portion of the frame that gets contaminated with spill over ink from the catch tray. That causes the print head not to move properly.
The wiper blade may also be tacked to the print head.
That code means the print head is not moving into the print position properly.
That stainless steel block is about 1 inch square.

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

Please clear the ISC Fault (Ink Stick Count) from the Service diagnostic menu under function.
