    The difference between the 75030, which I need, and the ones listed are so different that they aren't any help.

Slack cable’s on York 2001 home gym. When you are using the gym, the other cables are moving and getting trapped with each other, surely that’s not right?
No that is not right. The cables should be taut when at rest. Either you have them routed incorrectly or they need replacing or shortening.
