Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
http://majorgeeks.com/Avira_AntiVir_Personal_-_FREE_Antivirus_d955.html
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

Yeah typically there are many more than just one file affected in an infestation. I guess you'll be bringing it to a repair shop then.

SOURCE: Itunes will not open it is 64 bit and 8.1

I would uninstall Itunes, then download the latest 64-bit version HERE and re-install it. There are two different versions, you probably got the 32-bit version by accident. Good luck!

I think it is a usual problems, u can try to delete some bad application or spam or anything from : internet explorer - select tools - then internet option - in tab general, choose delete and then checklist all components there - and then OK

Then type Explorer.exe and it should reload itsself and be back to normal

Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working???

Hi, when did this symptoms start on your PC? after a windows system update?
Try to remove your present explorer with its previous version... try a rollback of the system to a time before you had this problem. Did it help? Leave me some feedback. Good luck and bye.
