How do i conect to my wirless router setup

I think you should reset the router and reconfigure it manually.
Press and hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds. Release the reset button and wait for 30 seconds.
Power cycle the router and reconfigure it manually.

you will need to open the setup page of the router. Do u have any computer connected to the router?
If not then do you have any computer online using the wireless connection ?
on that computer, you can open the setup page of the router.

If you connect the computer to the router , it works.
That means the wired connection is OK.
Open the set up page of the router check the wireless settings of the router.
I think your network is secured and you are not typing the correct network key.
just open the router set up and check the wireless settings .

If that works then the modem is working.
Now connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
You will need to open the set up page of the router to check the settings of the router.
You can set up the router without the CD also.

If it is XP then in the bottom right hand corner you will find Wireless network connection ( looks like 1 computer monitor). Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is windows Vista, then in the bottom right hand corner you will find 2 computer monitor icon. Use that icon to connect to the wireless network.
If it is Windows 98/ME/2000 then use the adapter utility to connect to the wireless network.
For MAC you will see the AIRPORT icon at the top.

Take note all the wireless settings of the router first. Now go to the printer and Press Menu/Settings, look for wireless setup wizard. It should find the network, highlight it and connect. If it asks you for the network key, type your wireless network key. It only allows WPA-Personal(TKIP) and WEP. If you have WPA2 or AES, it will not connect

You could set up a mac address filter with just your routers address or you could set up a wireless key that only your computer uses. Here is a quick tutorial:

Type in the ip address where you would normally type www.google.com. Hit ENTER, this will interface you with the router. It might be password protected. Usually the username and password are both the word admin. If not look at the bottom of router for password. Look for wireless tab once in router and select network type as wep. First you should see a wirless icon on the botom left of your screen wich is on the task bar. The say view wirless networks or what ever it would say then you should see a list of avalible networks at that time. The slect the network that you own an say conect. When conecting it way ask for a WEP password which is located on the router. I hope this will help you.

Well ther should be a wirless icon on the botom right corner of your screen when trying to acess it form a notbook computer. You will need to right click on it and say view wirless networks. Then find the one that is your and try to conect if it need a WEP password it is on the bottom of router.
