My wireless mouse is frosen and i've tried new batterys and connected it to pc 10 tiimes and it still will not work
First of all try shutting down the computer completely, and unplugging it from the wall for about 5 minutes. Sometimes this is enough to reset the internal usb devices. This computer gets very hot, and can drop devices when overheating. If that doesn't work then try plugging in a wired usb mouse, then do a rollback using system restore to the last known working state. Also think about any recently installed programs and how they may have affected your computers sanity. Does the touchscreen still make sound when pressed? The nextwindow touchscreen should always work, even if not properly calibrated it should always be on, because its controllers are hardware, unlike other touchscreens that use software to calibrate. Check the device manager to see if any HID compliant mouse devices are listed at all. There should be at least two, one for the screen and one for the mouse.
