On the control panel: Beneath the label "Cooking Time," press the "Duration" and "End" buttons simultaneously and hold using your fingers on your left hand. An arrow will display above each button.
Using your other hand, rotate the knob to the left of the panel to adjust/set the time one direction or the other. Once set to the appropriate time HH:MM, release your fingers from the "Duration" and "End" buttons.
The time is set.
