lift top and remove non working burner. check for a blockage inside the feed tube. if two are similar try swapping the two and see if the problem moves to a different gas valve.
If you are talking about the terminals of the oven element, the wire coming in is connected to the spade connector. The spade connector slides off the oven spade terminal.
Did you spill water near/on knobs? if so leave to dry out for 24 hours. If still clicking after 24 hours one of the switches has shorted out and needs to be replaced. You can find which one with a multi meter/condinuity test.

it is a big job to replace just remember to turn of breaker.
