Please connect me to Pulkit558

Hi Sir,
I guess you chose a wrong option. This is not Chat but let me give you the instructions on how to get your prints working on both macs.

First of all check the ip address of the mac. Check it on both macs. To do that follow the instructions below.

Step 1. Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen.
Step 2 Select "System Preferences".
Step 3. Select "Network" under the "Internet and Network" section.
Step 4 Select which connection you'd like to check in the "Show" drop-down menu. If you're hooked up via ethernet, select "Built In Ethernet". If you have a wireless network, select "AirPort".
Step 5 Select "TCP/IP" on the "Network" screen.
Step 6 View your computer's IP address on the subsequent screen displayed on your Mac.

Now you know the ip address of your mac.

Now we have to ping the ip address and have to check if there is connectivity between macs. Follow the instuction below to check that :

Step 1. On Finder in the dock.
Step 2 Click on Macintosh HD in the window.
Step 3 Click on Applications.
Step 4 Click on Utilities.
Step 5 Double-click on Network Utility.
Step 6 In the Network Utility window, click on the Ping tab.
Step 7 In the field under "Please enter the network address to ping"(enter the ip adress of other computer)
Step 8 Click the Ping button.

Try theses steps first and check if they have connection.

I have the same problem too

Try this procedure:

To Spoof a MAC Address
  1. Connect the computer that your ISP's installers used to establish Internet connection to the router. If you are unsure which computer was used, call your ISP, and ask what MAC address was registered. Then, using the instructions in the box below find the computer whose MAC address matches their records.
  2. Disconnect other computers from the router.
  3. (If you do not want to disconnect other computers, you need to know the adapter's MAC address, as described in the box below. Then, in step 6, type Use This MAC Address, entering the adapter's address.)
  4. In an Internet browser type the address 192.168.0.1.
  5. Type admin for the username, password for the password, and click OK.
  6. Go to the Basic Settings > Router Mac Address.
  7. Select Use Computer MAC Address.
  8. Click Apply. This automatically gives the router the computer's MAC address.
  9. Click Test to make sure you are connected. If you are not connected, contact your ISP.

Can't find my MAC address

Hi, here is a solution for your problem: Obtaining your MAC address
Your MAC address will normally be on the box or registration card for your computer or individual ethernet card. If you can not find it, please follow the instructions below depending on your operating system.
Windows Vista:
  1. Click on Start Button.
  2. Click on All Programs.
  3. Click on Accessories.
  4. Click on System Tools.
  5. Click on System Information.
  6. Click on plus sign in front of Components.
  7. Click on plus sign in front of Network.
  8. Click on Adapter.
  9. Scroll down to your Network Interface Card and it will list the MAC Addresss. (Make sure you do not get the wireless adapter).

WINDOWS NT, 2000, or XP:
  1. Using your mouse, click on the Start Button.
  2. Click on Programs.
  3. Click on Accessories, and then Command Prompt.
  4. Once a small black window appears, type in ipconfig /all (with a space between the g and the /).
  5. Locate the number to the right of Physical Address. This is your MAC address.
WINDOWS 95/98/ME:
  1. After clicking on the Start Button, click on Run.
  2. In the white space of the window, type in the word winipcfg
  3. Click on "OK".
