Open msn Plug webcam in Click (>) show menu > tools > audio and video set-up > run through mic and speaker tests > next > set your camera as defaut and adjust settings > finish
Those questions would be best answered by apple support...1800-MY-APPLE...but if you want my short version....it's because Apple hasn't added/created the software for the iphone yet!
