Why don't people read the questionns before they answer? This person was asking about an 8qt (very rare) slow cooker made by Euro-Pro NOT a Rival brand "Crock Pot". I am looking for the same item, the ceramic insert and having problems finding parts for this unit model # KC281W online.

I called on mine (same purchase place and time but they did not ask). they are sending me a new lid for free. mine broke months ago but i have just used it very carefully prying open the lid.

it does sound like there is a problem but at least they are providing a free replacemnet.

I have found where you can get the carafe. You can only get it in black tho. My problem is that I have the dual pink one from Mary Kay. So if anyone knows where I can find the pink one, let me know. Email me at [email protected]. Anyway the company is called Seventh Avenue sells this dual coffee maker in red, black and butterscotch (yellow). The carafe only in black item # is DF62694 for $19.95. Contact Heather at Select Brands. I ordered replacement carafes for our office CM202 dual coffee maker. It took about a month to get them, so be patient. I believe they make an order when enough folks get on the list for replacements.

same, it was given to me as a gift from my aunt a very long time ago, just last night the liner broke. Where can i go to find a replacement liner?

I have had the same problem. Spoke to rival customer service and they no longer sell replacement lids for model number SCE502. I've read to take the screw from the knob to a hardware store and then find a knob which will fit it.
Someone else suggested that if the knob is mostly intact, ask hardware store for araldite glue
