Need to replace the clear container the ground coffee is deposited into as the beans are ground. where can I find one?

SOURCE: Delonghi DCG49 is suddenly quieter and will not release coffee

Had this problem with my burr grinder, coffee (or something else) is clogged between the burrs and the output chute, so new coffee can't feed in from above. You can try a few things:

1. Unplug and try to dislodge the blockage from underneath with a toothpick.
2. Disassemble and remove the blockage.
3. I've had luck with drizzling a little bit of cooking oil on to the burrs,letting it soak in a while, then running it, the clumped coffee came loose. It made a terrible mess in the bin, but I ran a couple cups of beans through and it cleaned up the oil.

Ground coffee beans can squirrel their way into hard to reach places in a grinder and cause problems. I think it is clogged with grounds. Remove the beans. Reseat the burr (grinder). Poured water in my delonghi magnifica beans hopper.
Have you tried grinding a few cups of uncooked rice through the mechanism to see if this will shift the dried on coffee grounds. It worked for a friend of mine after several attempts

Grinding makes a lot of scratch noise and coffee wouldn't drip. The machine says to fill the beans but container is full.
Likely a foreign object is blocking up the grinder. Remove all beans and run at coarsest grind to try to clear it, chase it through with more beans if necessary. If this does not clear it then the top burr of the grinder assembly can be removed after disassembling the machine. Mark the grinder coarseness cogs before moving them to assist reassembly. Moderately difficult procedure.

The grinder on my DeLonghi seems to be stuck. It makes only a noise but not s bean is ground and one can hear it is not turning. Any solutions? Thank you

How do you change the grind on a gaggia coffee grinder?
if it is everything in order you change the grind buy rolling the plastic container of coffee beans(container commands to upper burr holder. If it doesn't go easy than disassemble container and unscrew the upper burr holder, carefully when it comes out, you have some pins and springs from below. do not loose or displace them.

Oily beans seem to have clogged our coffee grinder up. What can we do?
Rotate the bean hopper counter clockwise until it stops. Lift it off. Remove the outer burr with the 2 wings and clean under the burr. Clean the opening going to the chute for ground coffee(inside where the burr was).
Install the outer burr. Install the bean hopper. Rotate the bean hopper to the French press grind (coarsest) and operate the grinder. This will clean the burrs and the passages. If it starts to clog, repeat the last part to clean the burrs and passage. It must be grinding to go to a finer setting, but you can go to a coarser setting any time. Another thing. Turn the grinder upside down (empty) and rotate the bean hopper back and forth to clean the threads of the adjusting burr..

Won't come on?
I just bought a brand new unit and as recommended I unscrewed the top bean hopper and the coffee ground container-cleaned and wiped.After that I screwed back everything and tried to grind some beans.The timer was ticking away but the grinder just refused to start.I switched off the main and unscrewed the hopper and carefully screwed it back.Halfway through,I noticed and felt that you must balanced and screwed it with a smooth movement until the the whole piece is in place.The grinder just started without a hitch.This grinder has a protection circuit whereby if any part is not properly installed it will not start.
