I've a ladies DKNY NY3715 watch only 15 mths old and I've notice one of the larger Swarovski crystal just above the clock face has fallen out. I'm so upset as I've no idea how it's happend. I've not damaged, banged or droped my watch so it's some how loosend and falled out without me noticing it's only happend within the last few days :( How do I go about getting it replaced or fixed? Can I walk into a Swarovski store and get them to replace it or do I have to go through DKNY? It was a gift for my 30th so I've no idea what store it was bought from to enquire through them? Your advice is greatly appreciated.
First thing I'd do is check my warranty. Some of the websites list DKNY watches with a 2-year warranty. Might still be covered. If it is, they will likely just trade you watches.
As for the rest of your question, if the stone was "set" with prongs, then one of the prongs was either bent or broken. That can happen if they snag on clothing. I'd be surprised if they were prong set. I'm more inclined to believe they were glued in. A jeweler can fix it, but the question is whether it's worth it. You might be able to find a jeweler who can get you a replacement stone and glue it back in. We did that all the time with our customers and never charged them a dime if we had the stone in our inventory.
Swarovski has been very responsive to my enquiries in the past. Try them first and DKNY if all else fails.

You do not need exatly Swarowski crystals as they are mass produced for jewellery trade worldwide.
Pop into nearest jewellery repair shop and ask them to be replaced.

Your best bet is to contact DKNY to see if they can replace it for you. Other then that, I would try a local jeweler. Here is a link for the DKNY service center: http://www.dkny.com/contact/ Good luck!!

It is probably replaceable. Try to locate a watch repair shop or and jeweler who repairs watches. If they don't have one, then contact DKNY directly.

Only the manufacturer could replace them - they are custom crystals and are glued in there with a special solution. But that would cost you more than a good watch is worth - well over $150. So just buy this one
