I need to purchase a rgbhv projector to replace one that has gone bad. Suggestions?

What lumen output? Does it have to be RGBHV? You can use an RGBHV adapter to VGA, etc to be able to use just about any projector. I'd be happy to give you some suggestions if you can tell me screen size, distance from projector to screen, projector lumen rating, 4:3/16:9/16:10 aspect ratio, etc.

How do i connect my dvi to vga to my misubishi ws-65313

you can't, DVI is a digital video source and VGA is an analog video source. however there is a VGA to component RGBHV cable that you can use. the Mitsubishi TV is very limited to the resolutions the VGA output can be. only 1080I, 480P or 480I. HD component video input in the menu you must change the source from Y /Pb/ Pr to RGB.

Hi my laptop went in for repair and they said it cant be fixed as the vga isnt working? what is this and could it be solved

A Video Graphics Array (VGA) connector is a three-row 15-pin DE-15 connector. The 15-pin VGA connector is found on many video cards, computer monitors, and some high definition television sets. On laptop computers or other small devices, a mini-VGA port is sometimes used in place of the full-sized VGA connector.
DE-15 is also conventionally called RGB connector, D-sub 15, mini sub D15, mini D15, DB-15, HDB-15, HD-15 or HD15 (High Density, to distinguish it from the older and less flexible DE-9 connector used on older VGA cards, which has the same shell size but only two rows of pins).
VGA connectors and cables carry analog component RGBHV (red, green, blue, horizontal sync, vertical sync) video signals, and VESA Display Data Channel (VESA DDC) data. In the original version of DE-15 pinout, one pin was keyed and 4 pins carried Monitor ID bits which were rarely used; VESA DDC redefined some of these pins and replaced the key pin with +5 V DC power supply.

the only solution for that is to replace your vga.

Can i connect toshiba satellite a205 to tv?

Yes VGA carries RGBHV--RGB and Horizontal and Vertical Sync information along with DDC info where available.

Now is that port on your TV a d-sub 15 pin standard VGA connector?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VGA_connector

If it is, then yeah you should be able to output VGA from a PC to the TV with a proper cable.

However if the TV has DVI or HDMI connections on it, it's better for you to connect it that way. DVI/HDMI is a digital signal and if it's a digital-based display tech TV, then you're better off using that. Also if the TV does resolution above 1360x768 (i.e. if it does 1080p) you can get higher resolution by going via DVI/HDMI...
