Possibly, It all depends upon the chipset and hardware. I would check out dd-wrt.com they have many guides and good user forums that may help you. the dd-wrt is an open source firmware that if applicable worked great for me on some rather shoddy OEM devices.

you may use Castrol magnatec 20w50 if it not that hot and if the climate is called, use an oil with a lower viscocity, like10w40 or 15w30 from Castrol

We have had this issue recently as well with both our parents and now our own.phone.

Simple solve I found here:
1. Remove batterys
2. unplug base
3. replug in base
4. Put batteries back in

rj11 are connectors used to deliver signals to a device. Mostly, modems will be able to support this type of connection. Make use of a modem, bridge it and connect the router to it.

There's a rectangular slot under the triple filter at the 12 O'clock position. The circulation pump impeller wheel faces you inside that hole. I would recommend using a special wrench for doing just that. The box wrench could get stuck and break off a blade on the impeller. They say the pump seal inside there gets tight if it's not used on a regular basis and the hot water or the tool frees it up. I think they could use ceramic washers instead of rubber. They don't change size so there would be much less tourque required to start the pump.
