Good Morning Chris, thank you for your inquiry!
From my understanding you need to tighten the door handles on your Frigidaire refrigerator. I was unable to locate any information on your model JSI-26. Without the model number I would be unable to provide you with proper instructions on how to tighten your door handle. Could you please provide me with your model number? You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the right hand wall of your refrigerator. With that information I would be able to assist you further. -Matt

I've been trying to get my one-month-old Frigidaire refrigerator-freezer repaired for the second time since I purchased it. It keeps going into semi-cool mode, and I've had to throw out two refrigerators of food. I located the serial number (BA61503561), but when I tried to give it to the help desk operators on two occasions, they claimed it didn't "come up." Thankfully, I was still able to make two appointments, but the problem persists. The first time, it was "repaired" the bottom section went back to being semi-cool two weeks later. Today, the company sent a technician who said he was unable to fix the product, indicating that this was not his area of expertise(!) I can see that my next step will be my local TV consumer alert program. The situation needs to be on the evening news!
