Hi i had the same problem yesterday and took a warm just damp cloth with a tiny drop of washing up liquid over the eject button and hey presto it now works fine
Ivetteqb - It could be a blown fuse on the drive.
KA433133 - You need to open your Wii and check that there is nothing preventing the rollers from turning and the disc holding mechanism and cog wheels also free to operate. Make sure the metal 'cage', where the cd/dvd goes in, is not misshaped.
There is just so much that can go wrong with the DVD, that I could go on and on. It is quite a complicated piece of kit.
Guest - Could also be a blown fuse on the drive and/or a weak laser.

SOURCE: wii will play gamecube games but not wii games
I heard something on youtube about that. It seems that the disc is hitting on the case so you would have to take it apart and fix it.

SOURCE: wii game disc will not eject
you have three choices, 1. send it to get disc out, 2. take apart yourself or 3. keep pressing eject button till comes out, ( try laying it flat, on side and upside down).
