Yes. I ran into the same problem. If you have both the PS3 and Xbox plugged in at the same time, and are only playing one console at a time, the sound will stop working on both. The only way I could get it to work would be to unplug the one not in use every time I switched.

I have been looking online for an Intec Cable for my Playstation 3 but every site I go to the product seems to be sold out. Can someone please help me find this product?

I see what you mean, the first handful of sites I checked the results came back empty. I dug a little deeper for you and found that amazon has 2 cables in stock. I will attach the direct link for you below.

Intec wireless controller won't sync to my ps3 it is the infinite play controller can you help me

Had a similar problem with an official Sony Dual Shock 3 recently. Turns out the solution was a very small pin hole sized reset button on the back of the controller. Have a look and see if yours has something similar, then try connect the charging cable again and sync. Worked on the official one for me anyway :/
Best of luck!

It will not connect to my new ps3. Worked great on my other ps3

To make a controller work with a new PS3, you need to plug it in with a USB cable before it can be used wirelessly.

None of my three controllers will connect wirelessly to the playstation. I tried to connect them with a usb cable and nothing happens.

first of all the new update for ps3 renders the Intec third party controllers useless...
try just using a wired connection for a while if that works... thats what i did when if first opened my controller.
try listing more in depth details on what your trying and so on.

My INTEC Turbo Shock 3 Controller is not working i asked my friend i followed to instructions it did not help please help as soon as possible Thanks Peter

I have the same problem. I disconnected the key, plugged the controller with its original cable. Turned the PS3 on, turning controller on, pressing Sync, connecting the key in PS3. At that state, the 4 leds start to flash slower as it detects the key. Problem is I can never connect to console. I mean I press Home and it never connects. Its been working fine before I updated PS3 to 3.5 version.

How to set up an intec controller to a playstation 3

  • Plug the USB cable that came with the controller into the PlayStation 3.

  • Plug the other side of the USB cable into the Intec controller.

  • Press the PS button on the controller. This links the controller to the PlayStation 3.
Any further questions don't hesitate to ask. thanks
A good vote would be awesome!
