Any real answer yet? did the problem ever get resolved? i have the same problem with my sister's car. too cold to diagnose tonight, but will post the solution probably tomorrow. since the lights and heater works, but ignition and radio arent getting power, my first guess is there's probably a fried fusible link which controls the 2nd accessory power to the ignition switch. will post a solution soon.

SOURCE: can not find the

The starter will be on the driver's side of the vehicle, and you can trace the positive cable from the battery to the starter. It will be where the engine meets the transmission.

SOURCE: I have a 97' plymouth breeze all the lights work

Could just be a bad sensor? or maybe a connection issue with cables, corrosion, etc....... Pepboys will hook up test computer and give you a free diagnois code to reasearch problem or you could take the code and give to your mechanic to save on additional costs of testing at shop.

Srs light on, horn and cruise won't work

Well it would be helpfull to see what codes are stored in the airbag computer, but its interesting that the horn and cruise arn't working. Maybe before spending the money on having the codes scanned, i would check all the fuses, just incase.

2000 plymouth breeze horn wont stop going off by itself

I can tell you where the problem is, and what it is, but I can't tell you exactly how to fix it, not being there to see it.
It is behind your horn pad on the steering wheel, that's where. What happened is the horn wire there is being grounded unintentionally.
Normally, when you press the pad to sound the horn, you are grounding the wire from the horn there. A metal clip makes contact with the horn wire, grounding it so the horn will work. Something on yours has come out of place, maybe a metal button or spring or clip is extending too far and touching the horn wire when youj turn the wheel.
If you can get behind the horn pad or button, you might spot the problem. But that is where it is. Good luck.

2001 aurora won't start at all. Hook batery up horn horn sounds and doesn't stop head lights stay on but nothing happens when the key is inthe ingition. No clicking or anything at all. alarm on...

The security system does not disable the starter, it only disables fuel to the engine. In the fuse block under the hood, locate the STARTER relay. Place your hand on this relay and see if it clicks while someone else turns the key to start...if the relay is ok then the starter itself is faulty. Good luck, i hope this helps.

My daughter's horn on her 1996 Plymouth Breeze has started honking the horn every time she turns a corner or hits a bump. How can we disconnect the horn to stop this annoying and illegal action?

I would get a horn button (Like they used years ago) and mount it to the dash. You will have to find the ground wire that comes from the steering column though.
