SOURCE: 87 Jeep Comanche, turn signal issues

You will find that there are two flasher units on the fuse panel. Turn on the four ways to identify which flasher serves that circuit. Then, move the flasher to the other position (where the signal flasher is) Your directionals should then work. You then can buy another flasher and install it when you have a chance, putting it in the 4 way position. The 4 ways get used so infrequently, you always have a reliable spare signal flasher there!

SOURCE: Can I drive my 1994 Jeep Cherokee on the highway?

Yes you can drive your jeep on the highway, no you do not have shift on the fly capabilities.Vehicle must be stopped to engage four wheel drive, otherwise you will grenade your transfer case, and you will not like the repair bill that comes with that....at all.Any other questions get back to me...I'M HERE TO HELP!!!

Check the fuses, and then look at the fusible links, most likely on the starter,if they are good, replace the ignition switch.

The factory aluminum wheels on Jeeps tend to become fused to the rotor and drum surfaces. A lot of can spray rust remover and a lot of tire kicking, after removing all the lug nuts, that will loosen up the bond between the wheel and rotor surface and the wheels will start to come off eventually, lots of kicking, alternating between the top and bottom of the tire.
