Error code: "Ih" on GE Triton XL. What is reset combo?

Just after pushing start, I decided to open the dishwasher and add another glass. After shutting, would not start again and had an error code of "Ih" in the information window. Is there a reset code?

    After starting my dishwasher I turned it off and it seems to have put it into a reset cycle of sorts? Two lights on the front are flashing and it's running but no water or washing is happening. How do I correct this?

    I have a few lights showing at once and it will not start.  When I push a different button, two other lights go on and it still will not start.  How can I reset the dishwasher?

After leaving the dishwasher locked with the error code still showing, I returned to find that it had reset itself and run through the full cycle.
Problem solved itself.

    IH is actully 1h, or 1 hour on the delay to start the wash. Just keep pressing the delay until it clears (after 24hrs) and the washer will start.

that's not an error code. it's a 1H, as in one hour, the delayed start function. hold the delay start button down to override, then reset it back to where you want it.

It seems one of the components aren't doing its part in continuing the cycle. Does your machine physically pump out water?

The control panel of our GE Triton is not working. Is there a reset button?
Triton is usually trouble-free, however there is no reset button. Depending on the model and series, there may be a code (that is: a combination of panel buttons to push that will bring the control to a zero entry level (also known as default level). This would be in the owners manual under trouble shooting or problem with the appliance.
The other option that works many times is: disconnect power to the unit for 2 minutes. This will help the control to start its logic from the beginning. Then turn power on and try the machine; this will tell you if the control now responds. IF NOT , you have an 80% chance that a new control panel is needed. Welcome to the wonderful world of electronics. Its great when all is working, but ohhhh so tempermental.

Try placing a packet in the bottom of the DW and then start a wash cycle ( use the energy efficient cycle that does not use the heater to dry the dishes..).. if it is not disolved at the end of the cycle then your water temp may not be hot enough..Hope that helps..

One answer is NEVER buy another GE product!!! I bought all GE Profile appliances when I redecorated my kitchen. Have had issues with every single piece. Refrigerator has been replaced twice (on 3rd one). Triton XL dishwasher will not reset...good luck getting it back to normal wash if you change a cycle...for example to run just a rinse. It is almost impossible to get it to reset. And don't get me started on the over the stove microwave. Never have been able to use the lights. Every time from day one I turn them on, the bulbs blow and the cover shatters. Absolutely no support from GE!!!
