Instructions

Click the "Start" button, open the "Control Panel" and then type "firewall" into the search box in the Control Panel.

Click on the "Windows Firewall" result in the search.

Click on the "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" link.

Click on the "Turn on Windows firewall" options.

Click the "OK" button to turn on the firewal

No update service available when trying to update sansa clip+ driver via sansa updater software

Make sure that your firewall is'nt blocking the updater software, please contact software company of the firewall on how to configurate it.
Note when you did'nt install a firewall, windows will activate windows firwall on default.

Hi; this is caused by your firwall and/or antivirus disable the firwall and reinstall the driver.

How do i disconnect the wipers. they are running constantly and I cant turn them off

You should be able to unplug the wire harness at the wiper motor. It's on the top of the firwall near the brake booster. You may have to plug and unplug to get the wipers in the down position,because they are hard to move. Hope this helps.
