WRONG PIN CODE PUK BLOCKED

A PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code is required to unlock SIM cards that have become locked following three successive incorrect PIN entries. A PUK blocked message pops up after one enters the wrong PUK code 7 or 10 times in a row, depending on the service provider. A PUK code is required only after one blocks the SIM PIN code.

Many times, it may so happen that you block your PIN code. You will need to call the customer care of the service provider of your cell phone for the PUK code or refer the SIM certificates for the PUK code. If you enter the wrong PUK code 7 to 10 times in succession, it will lead to PUK blocked. After entering the wrong PUK code 10 times in a row, the SIM card becomes permanently invalid or locked. The only solution is to purchase a new SIM card.

PUK blocked requires you to get a new SIM card. It does not matter whether you use a Nokia Cell Phone, LG Cellphone, Motorola Cell Phone, Samsung or Sony Ericsson handset. after you enter it wrong 3 times the simcard will lock the pin code and ask for a puk code.

If you have forgotten the pin code, then don't worry. Just enter it wrong untill its locked (3times)

then call your phone service provider for the puk code, with the puk code you can set a new pin code, instructions at your phone service provider.

You may enter wrong PIN three (3) times only. After that your PIN will be blocked! To unblock, you need PUK. You can only enter wrong PUK ten (10) times. (This is as documented) After entering correct PUK, you will be asked for NEW PIN.

So, when it says "PIN blocked. Enter PUK code", you must enter the PUK. If you correctly enter the PUK, it will asked for new PIN, by asking "Enter new PIN code:". Enter anything you want as your PIN. You will be asked to enter it twice (two times).
From what I read from your post, you have done correctly, but you don't want to enter new PIN. There is no way SIM card/phone will use old PIN. The device doesn't know your PIN. So, you have to enter new PIN.

So have you contacted your service provider? The sim card is blocked, either you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times - then it asked for puk code and you have entered puk code wrong 10 times so its become locked.

your only option is to call the phone service provider, or buy a new sim card / prepaid sim card.

just call your service provider

then you must call to the customer care of your network provider from some of your friend s cell of same network connection and you must tell them that your pin got blocked you want the puk code ...
they may ask for the details of your sim card be sure to tell it ..

then they will provide the puk code note it down and enter into it ..
your sim will get unlocked...

if you enter the wrong puk code for more than 3 or 10 times the sim will get fully blocked if then you must contact to network provider shoppe....

A PUK code is required if the wrong PIN number is entered too many times incorrectly. If the wrong PUK is entered too many times the SIM will be permanently blocked.
PUK codes are unique to SIM card. Contact your carrier for the correct code to reset your pin.
